We focus on helping children master the essential communication skills that will serve them not only in speeches, but also in everyday social interactions. We help children develop the confidence to express themselves in any situation—whether speaking on stage, sharing ideas in a group, or navigating everyday interactions with ease and self-assurance.

Improv Skills: We incorporate improvisation techniques to help students think on their feet, build confidence in speaking without preparation, and learn to handle unexpected situations in both speaking engagements and social interactions.
Idea and Opinion Formation: We guide children in developing their own ideas and forming strong, persuasive opinions. By practicing how to express their thoughts clearly and with conviction, students develop the critical thinking skills needed for expressing their viewpoints effectively.
Critical Thinking: We foster the ability to think critically about the world around them, whether it’s constructing a public speech or navigating complex social scenarios with peers. This equips students with the tools to express themselves clearly and confidently.
Social Dynamics: Beyond public speaking, we help children develop the confidence to express themselves in any setting—whether engaging in conversations, voicing their thoughts, or building meaningful connections. Through interactive activities, they learn to communicate with clarity, handle social situations with ease, and develop the emotional resilience needed to thrive in any environment.

When do I need to pay for the public speaking program?
The full term fee of $350 must be paid in full before the program starts to secure your child’s spot. We do not offer weekly or installment payment options
Is this program online or in person?
This program is 100% online via Zoom. Students will participate in interactive sessions from the comfort of their own home.
Is an online public speaking program as effective as an in-person one?
Absolutely! Our online public speaking program is designed to be highly engaging, interactive, and results-driven—just like an in-person class. Here’s how we ensure effectiveness:
✅ Small Group Sizes: We keep class sizes small so every child gets individual attention, regular feedback, and opportunities to practice speaking.
✅ Interactive Learning: Sessions include live discussions, role-plays, fun speaking challenges, and peer feedback, ensuring that kids stay engaged and active participants.
✅ Confidence Building in a Comfortable Setting: Many children feel less intimidated speaking in a familiar environment (their home), which helps them develop confidence gradually before speaking in larger in-person settings.
We’ve seen amazing transformations in children who have attended our programs, and parents often tell us how their child has become more confident, expressive, and articulate—even outside of class!
What happens after the program ends?
At the end of each term, parents will need to re-enrol their child for the next term if they wish to continue in the program. Our program follows a rolling enrolment model. Each term builds on public speaking fundamentals while introducing new challenges and exercises, so kids always learn new topics. At the end of the program, students will also receive a Certificate of Participation.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
Refunds are not available once the program has started. However, if you need to cancel before the program begins, you can contact us for a refund, minus a processing fee.
How many spots are available in the program?
To ensure personalised attention, we are limiting each age group to a maximum of 10 students per class. Spaces are limited, so please enrol early to secure your child’s place.
What happens if my child misses a session?
Since this is a group program, we do not offer makeup sessions for missed classes but there’s no need to worry. Each class is designed to be part of an ongoing learning process, where the content is reinforced in multiple ways throughout the term. This means that even if your child misses a session or two, they can easily catch up without falling behind.
Who will be teaching the sessions?
Some sessions will be led by Nim, the founder of Nims Institute and some sessions will be led by other instructors. All instructors are trained and mentored by Nim to deliver the same high-quality, engaging experience.
Will I get to know how my child is progressing?
Absolutely! We believe in partnering with parents to support each child’s growth. At the end of every school term, our founder Nim offers personalised 1:1 feedback sessions with parents to discuss your child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
